Hello, we have the Euro Carry for our Fiat Ducato, and we're very happy with it. However, I'm having trouble getting the bike up with the height of the carrier when I'm driving alone. We've already tried a loading ramp, but it wasn't the right one in terms of the loading angle. Do you have a solution for this problem?! Best regards, AW -
Good day Ms. Westerkamp, Unfortunately, we don't have any alternatives to make the racks easier to load. The Adventure Rack is already very low and therefore can't be lowered any further.

Can I mount the rack on my 2019 Fiat Ducato? I checked and saw that the lower door hinge is not easily accessible due to the bumper cover on both sides. It's a standard vehicle without any modifications.Best regards

Good day Mr. Siekhaus, Our hinge-mounted bike racks can be easily installed on a 2019 Fiat Ducato with standard hinges. For installation, the lower rubber buffer must be removed so that you can replace the hinge screws with our special screws.
