How is delivery done?

We ship your order with DHL.
An order on the website www.curpal.de can be delivered to a delivery address in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

When does my order arrive?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time is approximately 2 – 4 working days.

Who bears the shipping costs?

We will cover the shipping costs for you for purchases over 50 EUR. Please refer to the ordering process for the rate for small orders.
You as the customer are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
