How is delivery done?

At EuroCarry Shipping within Germany is available for purchases over 60 € free of charge. If the order value is less than this, the shipping fee is 10,50 €For deliveries to Austria, 20,50 € to Switzerland 31,70 €, and for all other countries the shipping costs will be communicated on request. Please note that shipping from bike racks is always charged separately, regardless of the order value.

When does my order arrive?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

How long does delivery take?

Die Lieferzeit beträgt in der Regel ca. 2 – 4 Werktage. Der Versand via Spedition kann gegebenenfalls auch 5-7 Werktage dauern.

Who bears the shipping costs?

Die Versandkosten übernehmen wir für Sie, ab einem Einkaufswert von 60 EUR. Den Tarif für Kleinbestellungen entnehmen Sie bitte aus dem Bestellprozess.
